We generally measure our plants from the bottom of the nursery pot to the top of the tallest leaf.

Plants are living things, so natural variations in size, shape, and color are to be expected. However, we guarantee your plant will be healthy, thriving, and similar in size to the product photos.

Most of our plants come in standard premium nursery grow pots. Decorative planters and decorative pots are sold separately unless explicitly stated in the product description.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed and packed securely, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Our plants are carefully packaged using eco-friendly protective materials to ensure they remain secure, hydrated, and safe from temperature fluctuations during transit.

We offer a 14-day plant health guarantee. If your plant arrives heavily damaged or unhealthy, please contact us with photos within 14 days of delivery, and we will happily provide a replacement or refund.
